• Connect our Services to your Odoo instance (e.g., authentication information, Odoo URL, database name, and API credentials necessary to provide the service);
• Request assistance from our customer support team (e.g., phone number, email);
• Complete contact forms or request information from us; or
• Participate in surveys or other activities we promote that might require information about you.

We also collect additional information when delivering our Services to ensure necessary and optimal performance. These methods of collection may not be as obvious, so we describe them below.

Our website and mobile applications use cookies and similar technologies to track browsing behavior, links clicked, device type, and to collect analytics about how you use our Services. This data includes:

• Metadata, log files, cookie/device IDs, page load time, and server response time to measure and improve performance;

If deletion conflicts with services you've purchased or legal record-keeping requirements, it will be honored only to the extent the data is no longer necessary.
